HOME CIRCUIT TRAINING LEGS - ABS

Circuit Training is a structured workout from a set of different exercises performed one after the other. You can perform both without recovery between one financial year and the other, recovering only at the end of all the exercises or you can initially insert a short recovery period between one exercise and another. This type of training has many variations: you can make Total Body circuits for targeted muscle groups like in this article legs and abdomen or numerous training techniques. In addition to implementing certain metabolic processes and benefits that favor these results, this workout is particularly suitable for those who want to tone their legs by performing bodyweight exercises both at home and in the open air. The illustrated training involves performing circuit exercises with intervals of 30 "(seconds). At the end of each exercise, recover 1 minute and repeat the circuit 4 times.

It is also possible to increase the sets in the following weeks in progression, for a maximum of 6 week

Free body training can be carried out for a short period of time as the body can easily become accustomed to this type of stimulation and to be able to have new stimuli it needs to vary and change or using overloads progressively.
